How much does it cost to set up a company in Dubai?
Each company setup is individual, so the costs of setting up a company can vary depending on the type of company (Freezone or Mainland), the number of visas, special trade licenses and other circumstances. Generally, the costs for a Freezone Company (depending on the individual requirements) can range from approx. 7.500 - 15.000 USD and for a Mainland Company from approx. 14.000 - 21.500,00 USD.
How long does it take to set up a company?
After approx. 5 working days, the Establishment Card is already issued, which officially authorizes the company to trade. The duration for issuing the visa is not yet considered here.
The entire set-up process including company registration, issuance of licenses, medical check, issuance of visas, etc. usually takes about 4-6 weeks. We recommend a stay in Dubai of 12-14 days.
Is a Dubai residency required to open a company?
No, this is not absolutely necessary.
How long do I have to stay in Dubai per year?
To maintain the issued visa, you have to enter Dubai at least every 180 days.
Can I rent or buy a property in Dubai?
